From Zero to One: How a Teacher Built an E-commerce English Learning Platform with AI Tools

An English teacher for cross-border e-commerce built an AI-assisted English learning website for cross-border e-commerce from scratch in just 1.5 days to complete an AI-assisted teaching research project. The author used the Antigravity tool to complete the website development on a free VPS with 1GB of memory from Oracle. The article shares practical experience using different AI tools, compares the pros and cons of Opus 4.5 and Gemini 3pro, and points out that Gemini 3pro performs better in terms of comprehensive problem-solving. Although the website interface is currently rudimentary, it has achieved basic functionality. This case demonstrates the potential for rapid application of AI tools in the education field, provides a practical reference for other educators on AI-assisted teaching, and also offers developers comparative information on the user experience of different AI tools.
